Frequently Asked Questions – Billing, Insurance, and Coverage

  • We are in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) PPO and Medicare. We will verify your benefits before your first visit.

  • Your care is billed at our self-pay rate. We provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement, depending on your out-of-network benefits.

  • A superbill is an itemized receipt of the care you received, including the billing codes your insurance company needs. After you pay the self-pay rate, you submit the superbill to your insurer yourself, and they may reimburse you for part of the cost based on your plan. We generate these for you, so you have everything you need to file.
