Physical therapy that treats the whole you, not just the pain that brought you in.

You deserve more.

When pain lingers or keeps returning, it starts to affect everything. Maybe you had to stop running, stop lifting, or stop doing the things you love. It’s likely you’ve been to other clinics or specialists and still don’t have a clear answer or treatment plan that works.

Most people find us after that kind of experience. They have already done the twice-a-week appointments and exercises that felt pulled straight from a textbook, but the pain came back or never went away.

They were never asked about their sleep, their stress, their posture, what shoes they wear, or what their day-to-day life looks like. This is where Fizio is different.

Fizio Fix was built around a different belief.

We believe the goal of physical therapy is not just to manage your symptoms, but to understand where they are coming from. Every session here is a full hour, one-on-one, with the same practitioner from start to finish.

We look at the entire picture, because the source of pain is often far from where it shows up. We take the time to listen, to evaluate thoroughly, and to build a long-term plan around your real life, your body, your habits, and your goals, so you can get back to the things that matter to you and stay there.

If you have been told to just live with your pain, or if you are tired of starting over every time it returns, this is the kind of care you have been looking for.

Get the care you deserve

  • I followed Julia and Milan to this new clinic. The care is personalized and tailored to every patient and their time is 100% focused on you without being passed off to an assistant. On top of that, the space is beautiful, welcoming and private. Julia helped me through a really bad ankle sprain and connecting the dots between my ankle and other lower body issues I’ve had over the years. Highly recommend!

  • Julia is the BEST! After getting in an accident in March I needed to resolve my injuries sustained and get back to my baseline. Julia is so knowledgeable and gave me the support I needed to get back to running. After several months working together I became stronger, developed better strategies when it came to running and my recovery, and was able to participate in the Chicago Marathon. She is a wonderful person and an even better physical therapist!

  • Milan is the best physical therapist I have worked with! His skills, experiences, and attention to detail are another level. I started working with him to fix my migraine (due to too much time behind a desk), which has never returned since. He also helped me "relearn" how to breathe, walk, sit, etc. so the body alignment is better. Amazing how much I can learn from him! Probably one of the best investments I've made for my health.
